Insurance Paperwork and Auto Accident Help

What do you need to do
We intend to make the repair of your vehicle as simple as possible. This is all we need you to do:
- Call us or come in directly.
- Answer some questions so we can get the repair done.
- Authorize the repair.
Now you can go home and not have to worry about your vehicle until we call you to come and pick it up. It’s that simple.
What Will We Do When You Call Us?
First we are going to find out if the vehicle can be driven to the shop or if it needs to be towed. If there is any question of safety, we will get your vehicle towed to our shop.
Once here, we inspect your vehicle to determine what needs to be done to get it back to pre-accident condition. Your insurance contract gives you rights to have your car or truck repaired to pre-accident standards in any shop.
After that we are then going to get some basic information from you on your insurance company. At this point you have a choice of:
- Calling your insurance company.
- Having us call your insurance company with you.
- Simply having us handle the whole process.
- We then can arrange for any rental vehicle you might need.
Now you can go home and relax. We will work with your insurance company and get your vehicle fully repaired. We can also update you as often as you want on how the process is going.
Once the auto bodywork is done and your vehicle is like new again, we will give you a call to come and pick it up. You just come over and pick up your car.
We then get the payment directly from your insurance company so you don’t have to worry about that either.

How Many Repair Estimates Must I Submit?
Your insurance company may ask for several estimates. There is no law that states how many estimates you must submit or that limits the number the company can ask for.
May I Choose My Own Repair Shop?
YES. You are not required to use the insurance company’s suggested repair shop. You may choose your own Quality repair facility. Here at Creative Collision, we work with your insurance company to provide the highest quality of repairs at no additional cost to you. All you are responsible for is paying your deductable upon completion of repairs. Let us handle the rest and get all repair costs covered.
